Royal Furniture stands behind their products 100%

Recently brought in our Green wing-back FlexSteel chair for repair – the seat disengaged from the chair frame and appeared as if the seat structure might have been adversely effected as well. The chair is back in our possession and we are really quite pleased with the repair and service. My feeling is that more work was done than under warranty (if indeed any of the repair fell under warranty) – just wanted to say how much we appreciate that Royal Furniture stands behind their products 100% and that we will certainly continue to patronize Royal for our furniture needs.

I LOVE my new dining room table

I have been meaning to thank Royal Furniture, and expecially Curt, who was very patient with my husband John and I when we were picking out our Canadel dining room table. I was surprised when delivery only took 4 weeks to arrive, instead of the expected 8. The delivery guys were very, very nice and professional. I LOVE my new dining room table. Thank you again, Curt for all your help and patience with our decision. My husband is very happy with it too!! We will be back when the time comes to buy bedroom furniture. Thanks Again!!

Sixteen years ago I decided to stop in at Royal Furniture to see how what appeared to be a small furniture store could have such a big reputation. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with their inventory, but I was even more impressed with their quality of service. I was treated royally, just like part of their family. I furnished eight rooms of furniture with Gerry Evans’ guidance. As of today, I am still furnishing my home with Royal Furniture. My daughter, too, now buys all of her furniture at Royal Furniture because of the quality of their pieces and the outstanding service provided by Gerry and the entire staff. On another note, last week while I was shopping at major department store, I was talking to two women who were purchasing bedding and complaining about a store chain which sells beds and makes lots of promises but does not live up to them. They were very much dissatisfied with this particular chain. I said I purchase my beds at Royal Furniture and both women said hey have been buying furniture there for years. Small world! When you provide quality service, everyone knows. Thank you Royal.

JUST LOVE the Canadel furniture we bought

I just wanted to let you know we JUST LOVE the Canadel furniture we bought from you. It is gorgeous and incredibly high quality. Our dining room is fantastic! We bought our china closet from Roymore and Flanigan and it does not even begin to compare to the Canadel stuff. If we ever need more furniture, we will be back to Royal. You guys are AWESOME!
